Can someone tell me how strick are the ranges actually here about kids under 16 riding as a paasenger on a side by side or on their own atv, our daughter is 8 so after reading the permit rules it kinda sounds like to me she can't ride in our side by side because her feet don't hit the floor and she can't ride her own because she is not 18. can anyone help me please we are coming from

We spent 10 days in the town of Gilbert, WV and the town has recovered nicely after the floods! we look forward to coming back soon and staying with the Twin Hills Campground! Hatfield-McCoy Trails ROCK and so does Twin Hollow!!!!! see ya all next year!

After spending a week in Gilbert riding HMT I have to say that I am very impressed with the recovery your town made. To me, it appeared that almost everything was back to normal just 4 months after the devastation. In contrast to New Orleans, where after 4 YEARS people are still complaining that the government isn't doing enough for them! In my opinion, the difference is the people of Gilbrt
